We've been having a stretch of days that feel cool for summer.

In this internal inspection, Apivar was administered to suppress the occurrence of group A mites.
The colony was dense, and honey was accumulating, but unfortunately, we couldn't use the honey. However, in order to ensure they survive the winter, we had to eliminate the mites, so there was no other choice.

Group B is doing well, with few mite infestations. We collected about four nectar frames this time, and although we couldn't see the queen, there were many eggs laid and many larvae were observed.

Group C is similar to Group B.

Next week marks the start of the August long weekend, but we will be conducting an internal inspection on the 10th (Monday) before the long weekend. There will be a gap of about a week, and I can only hope that everything goes smoothly.

We expect to be able to extract about 10 kg of honey this time.

If we can harvest honey in September, we should be able to reach our target quantity.
