This year, we are not sure whether the extreme heat since June affected the nectar source, but the honey accumulation was not as good as we would like. However, on the scheduled harvesting day, we managed to spin 19 honey frames five times in a centrifuge (for four frames), and we were able to harvest about 30 kg of honey.

I was worried about the quality, but the taste is good and there seems to be no problem.

The honey harvested is packed into new 101 nectar bottles, labeled, and the finished product is ready to use (this is a treat for another day).
